Personal Data Collected
The Manila Harbour Centre Industrial Park Association, Inc. (“the Association”) collects the following personal information from you when you submit to us your inquiries or requests: (a) Name, (b) Contact information (E-mail, Telephone number(s), Address), and (c) Work or company information.
Use
The collected personal information is utilized solely for documentation and processing purposes and for other legitimate business purposes of the Association. It is not shared with any outside parties unless with the prior consent of the owner of the personal information or in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. It enables the Association to properly address the inquiries and requests, forward them to appropriate units or employees of the Association for action and response, and provide locators and other clients with appropriate updates and advisories in a legitimate format and in an orderly and timely manner.
Protection Measures
The Association will adopt reasonable measures to ensure that the personal information that you share will be secure. Only authorized personnel of the Association have access to your personal information, the exchange of which will be facilitated through electronic means and hard copy. It will be stored in a database for five (5) years after the same has been processed or used, after which physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be anonymized, unless a longer period of retention is required by law or regulation.

Your Rights
If you are a citizen or resident of the Philippines, you have the right under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) to be informed of (1) the kind of Personal Information that is being or has been processed, including the existence of automated decision-making or profiling; (2) the purpose, basis, scope and methods of processing such Personal Information; (3) the recipients in case Personal Information is disclosed; (4) the identify and contact details of the data controller; (5) the period for which Personal Information will be stored; and (6) your rights as a data subject, including the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of your Personal Information, the right to damages, as well as the right to lodge a complaint before the National Privacy Commission.
