PLANS AND PROGRAMS
Our plans and programs as well as our vision are based on the ideals of TRANSPARENCY and PARTICIPATORY GOVERNANCE. We will ensure all members are informed of and involved in major concerns of the Association. We will continue to make the office of the Association accessible to the members. We will welcome and value inputs, comments and suggestions.
Communication is the key in achieving our plans and programs. Towards this end, we will make communication with the office easier though the use of the internet. We are planning to build a website for the Association where we can publish updates of the activities of the office as well as keep the members informed about the financial status of the Association.
Keeping the complex safe. We shall improve the street lighting facilities of the complex.
Keeping the complex clean. Currently, we have no formal contract with a garbage collector. Garbage is currently collected twice a week by PHILECO and the Association is paying the services P10,000.00 per truck of garbage collected. The new board is exploring the possibility of tapping the services of the Manila City Hall to collect the garbage.
Bidding of security services. The contract of the current security services provider, EDUN Security Agency, had already expired and engagement is deemed on a month-to-month basis.
Bidding of the manpower services. Similar to the security services, the contract of LSERV had also expired and engagement is also on a month-to-month basis. However, the Board intends to extend the services of LSERV until the end of 2021. This will also give us time to evaluate the performance of the provider. Improvement of toll gate collection. The board is exploring the possibility of putting up an RFID system to control the entry and exit of vehicles and at the same time, manage the toll collection and provide transparency and accountability.
Our immediate efforts are focused on the following
